What are the criteria for membership?

News Publishing companies and Technology and Services Suppliers can apply for a corporate membership. Annual fees for national associations are fixed by the Board. Criteria for the corporate membership classification is the total no. of employees (FTEs) working for the company and its subsidiaries and shareholder activities (> 50%) worldwide – it excludes staff working for audiovisual activities of the company and distribution staff. WAN-IFRA also offers fixed individual membership packages and affiliate membership packages for academia, education centres, and other supporting institutions. Download our statutes to learn more about your membership with WAN-IFRA (see articles 10 to 13). Fill in an online membership inquiry form online and we will send you a membership offer that meets your situation.

What is the duration of my membership?

Membership is annual. It is automatically renewed unless a notification of resignation is received in writing at least six months before the end of the financial year, and at the latest by the end of June. Email us for more details about your membership status.

How can I attend the General Assembly of Members?
