Rianne is a passionate entrepreneur that started her career in tech-startups (Rocket Internet) and private equity (Anthem Asia) in an unusual location: Myanmar. Spending most of her career as the link between fast, efficient international organizations and the ever-changing local challenges of emerging markets, she is always looking for laser sharp focus and quick, efficient execution.

She is an experienced leader who found herself in the media industry for the first time when she sold her online marketing business to Ringier in 2020, becoming the CEO of the newly merged business. Her team grew overnight from 20 to 80 people. The lessons that learned during her tenure as CEO form the foundation of her new business, Practic. Rianne now trains leadership teams to turn their ideas into clear, measurable goals and a hands-on execution plan with OKRs.  

Besides being an entrepreneur, Rianne loves to foster conversations around leadership and entrepreneurship. You find her doing so in conferences and panels as well as in her podcast That One Thing.
