Jeremy has more than 30 years in the media publishing industry, leading digital change in newsrooms across the UK and managing the complex transition from print to digital reader-revenue access models, and now in how to integrate Generative AI into newsrooms.
He is a certified executive-level coach and is a founding director of his leadership development and training advisory business, Chrysalis Transformations – for established and emerging leaders.

Jeremy has run leadership development programmes for the Reuters Institute, Change.org, The Self Investigation Unit, Google and many publishers in the UK. He has also coached emerging leaders and executives globally.
He is an acknowledged expert in helping newsrooms improve their digital content strategies, and a specialist in deploying the User Needs content strategy in newsrooms.
Jeremy is also the co-founder of The AI Collective – a training and consultancy partnership – helping newsrooms to understand how to integrate Artificial Intelligence into their workflows.
His clients have included: The Financial Times Strategies business; Reuters Institute; Google; The i newspaper; working with Wanifra, and a host of UK publishers, including Reach Media, the Wolverhampton Express and Star, Glasgow Herald and Irish News.
He was chairman of the Local News partnership, managed by the BBC and the News Media Association, is head of mentoring for the Journalism, Innovation and Leadership Programme at the University of Central Lancashire, and a founding board member of the News Futures 2035 Programme creating a sustainable future for public interest journalism.
