
As Chief Product Officer at Prisa Media, Ana Ormaechea leads digital product development, artificial intelligence, audience strategy, and design for major brands across Spain, Colombia, Chile, and Mexico, including El País, AS, Cadena SER, Caracol, and WRadio. In her previous role as CDO at Prisa Radio she leads the Audio first product strategy for 30 brands in 4 different countries (Spain, Colombia, Chile and Mexico) with brands such as Cadena SER, los40, Caracol Radio, WRadio. An expert in Audio and Voice, she developed strategies to apply Artificial Intelligence to Voice and Audio with leading projects such as “Victoria, the voice of Soccer” (INMA Best Audio product of the year 2023) or Tailorcast (audio recommendation engine). In 2015, she founded Cuonda Podcast, the first independent podcast network in Spanish, awarded with a Google DNI Found and honoured with a Premio Ondas. She was a partner at Prodigioso Volcan Consulting, where she led the consulting area, promoting the digital transformation of companies and media outlets, including El País, El Universal (Mexico), and Diario de Cuba. In 2015, Ana received a Tow Knight Fellowship at CUNY.
