She has focused her efforts on changing the advertising industry model based on a deep understanding of the real needs of audiences and clients, combining data with creativity to drive meaningful value creation for brands, where everything is connected as an experiential system. Her constant focus and attention have changed the way of working internally at Havas, a company in which she has held various positions for more than 12 years, showing remarkable performance and tireless commitment.

As CEO Havas Group Colombia & Central Latam and Director of Development for Latin America, she leads the group’s creative and media agencies in the development of products, services and advertising. Her main objective is to lead the agencies’ transformation process through the innovative use of data and technology for the development of new products and services. Prior to these roles, she was SVP Head of Strategy and Business Development for the region, where she led the overall strategic development of the agency, provided a clear commercial vision and created new practices and methodologies that promote innovation.

Andrea, started her career at Havas Media International as a strategist, has collaborated with the Latin America Media Festival as an Academy mentor and pre-selection judge, and with the Global Media Festival as a finalist judge. In addition, she has collaborated in success stories that have allowed her to collect awards such as Lions, Festival of Media, M&M, Aurora, Premios Internacionalistas, Portada Pan Regional Awards.
