After 13 years in consultancy specialising in the Utilities sector, in 2013 she joined the Agbar Group in charge of the Customer Strategy Department, with the aim of defining and implementing the Group’s positioning strategy in CSR and business communication throughout Spain, ensuring synergies with corporate positioning and in turn declining the Communication plans in accordance with the specific characteristics of the different companies. In recent years, the Department has evolved into the Business Communication Department, where it has also focused on a capillary digital communication strategy and the development of new communication formats that bring the reality of environmental services closer to society, and making internal communication a driver of staff engagement through projects such as the Ambassadors Network.
