Chueiling Shin is professor in the Department of Political Economy at National Sun Yat-sen University. Prior to her academic career, she worked as the London Correspondent for Taiwan’s China TV.

In addition to her teaching role, she has held positions as department chair and director of the American Center at National Sun Yat-sen University. Chueiling Shin also contributes as a columnist to the United Daily, primarily focusing on international political and economic issues in the Asia-Pacific region. Her current academic research centers around exploring regional integration and the relationship between the Baltic states and Taiwan.
