With a focus on TV&Film and News, she works to improve viewer engagement, increase watch time, and develop effective monetization strategies. With over 8 years of experience in partnership management, Cloe has a proven track record of developing sustainable news ecosystems. Her efforts align with YouTube’s goal of promoting authoritative news sources and fostering content diversity and new business models. Prior to her current role, Cloe led Ads monetization and data solutions for news publishers in Greater China.

Before joining Google, Cloe worked at L’Oreal in a marketing function responsible for digital marketing strategy and e-commerce solutions to enhance the company’s online presence and drive sales. Cloe holds a Business Administration bachelor degree in National Taiwan University.
