Diego is a Principal Investment Officer for MDIF with more than 12 years of experience structuring, managing and promoting investments and projects in Latin America. Based in Bogota, Diego holds a Bachelor’s degree in Finance and International Relations from the Universidad Externado de Colombia, a postgraduate diploma in Corporate Finance from Colegio de Estudios Superiores en Administracion CESA, and is a candidate for a Master of Public Administration at the London School of Economics.

Before joining MDIF, Diego led the creation and operation of the Armilla Capital Fund, played an important role in developing several Real State projects in Colombia, and actively participated in various investments in sectors including hospitality, entertainment, health care and logistics.
