Duncan Wang received a degree in Economics from Boston University.

He is the chairman of United Daily News Group, a position he has held since 2011.  He was CEO of UDNG from 2006 to 2022.  Wang was the president of UnIted Daily News, the flagship newspaper of UDNG, 2001~2008.  In 2000, he was the founding CEO of udn.com, the digital platform of all the UDNG’s news content and services.

Duncan Wang has played an instrumental role, in each of his position, in transforming the traditional media into digital ones.  Under his stewardship, udn.com has been the leading news content site in Taiwan.
