A businesswoman, entrepreneur, pioneer of digital transformation in Latin America and co-founder of the first digital strategy consulting firm in Colombia. 25 years of experience in the development and evolution of the digital industry, designing business and marketing strategies for the transformation of large corporations and the creation of new business models. She led the implementation of the digital transformation of Postobón and more recently served as Business Advisor in Digital Transformation at Accenture Colombia.

Member of Boards of Directors of some of the most recognized organizations in Colombia. Emilia holds a degree in Business Administration from Colegio de Estudios Superiores de Administración CESA. She combines her role as a woman, mum, entrepreneur and geek by putting technology at her service. Recognised among the 500 most influential people in Latin America according to Bloomberg, the 100 most powerful women in Colombia according to Forbes magazine and outstanding leader in 2022 and 2023 according to La Nota Económica.

She was appointed as Dean of CESA in January 2022 and is the first woman to hold this position in the history of the institution.
