As the President, New Ventures at Axios, Fabricio plays a pivotal role in steering the expansion of a media company dedicated to making people smarter, faster with news that matters. Serving on the Board of Directors at Axios and as a trusted member of the Board of Advisors at Giide, his commitment to shaping impactful ventures remains unwavering.

Fabricio is not just a leader; he’s a strategic thinker with a drive for big, innovative ideas. In 2023, his innovative mindset earned him a nomination as one of the “Most Innovative People from Latin America” by Bloomberg Linea. Additionally, his groundbreaking contributions were recognized as he was nominated for the “40 under 40” by the Washington Business Journal.

In 2019, Fabricio joined Axios, following a six-year tenure as the Chief Operating Officer at SuperBAC, an AgTech powerhouse in Brazil. There, he not only led business development and strategy but also made significant contributions to the growth of two private equity backed WaterTech companies.

Prior to his global ventures, Fabricio spent six years as a Partner at Gallup Consulting, where he spearheaded strategic engagements with Fortune 500 clients based out of Washington, DC, and New York.

Fabricio’s extensive experience in leading business development for private equity portfolio companies is complemented by a consolidated skill set in identifying opportunities, raising capital, strategic planning, leading high performance teams, and building scalable businesses.

Fluent in English, Spanish, and Portuguese. He holds an MBA from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln and a B.A. in Business Administration from Faculdades de Campinas.
