Gupta leads the FT’s vertical growth strategy, overseeing the expansion of content franchises in core editorial verticals, including ESG, Climate, Private Equity, Markets, Work & Careers. In this role, she collaborates with senior stakeholders across editorial, product, and commercial teams to develop and scale vertical-led initiatives, supporting the FT’s primary revenue streams. Previously, Gupta served as the Director of Business Development at Politico, leading a team of 11 business developers across Brussels, London, and Paris. She was responsible for expanding POLITICO Pro’s B2B subscriptions in Europe, executing strategies in collaboration with various teams and managing day-to-day operations.
