Lyn-Yi heads the Growth team, which seeks to grow CNA in terms of traffic, reach and sophistication of product. The team sets publishing and social media strategy for the newsroom and helped CNA win global gold in Best News Website or Mobile Service at the 2022 WAN-IFRA Digital Media Awards (Worldwide).

She is working on several AI projects to help CNA be more nimble in publishing videos and stories. She is part of the team that launched the award-winning AI SmartCut solution, which autoclips news bulletin highlights for more timely publication on the website and YouTube.
