Michael is a director of the Foxtel Group, Australia’s largest sports, news and entertainment subscription broadcaster, and a director of REA Group which owns housing.com, Makaan, and PropTiger.com in India. News Corp is the major shareholder of both companies.

Michael is a senior executive with 30+ years of diverse experience across broadcasting, radio, digital,out-of-home, sports rights and publishing in Australia, New Zealand, Asia and the Pacific.

Michael is a former CMO of News Limited, the inaugural Chairman of the Premium Content Alliance,and a previous director of INMA for 6 years, NSW Waratahs Rugby, and the Committee for Sydney.
