Pradyumna started his journey in ABP in the year 1995 as an electrical engineer, maintenance. Over last 26 years he assumed different roles in plant maintenance, project management and operations. As Manager- Technology, he was involved in setting up the remote production facilities in multiple locations which came up simultaneously in the year 2003 – 2004 in West Bengal and Bihar.  Subsequently, he was responsible for technology transfer and sharing best practices across remote printing locations to improve plant performance. In 2007, he moved to projects for setting up modern state-of-the-art printing plant equipped with four double width presses at ABP, Barasat. Presently, as General Manager -Engineering, he is responsible for engineering functions looking after automation, electrical and mechanical operations of Barasat Plant.
