With 22 years of experience in HR strategy, operations, and management consulting, Purva was previously associated with MakeMyTrip.com as Sr. Vice President, with Max Healthcare and Max Neeman as Director HR, and with Aon-Hewitt as Principal Consultant and Asia-Pacific HR Director.

Purva has managed HR across 10 countries in the Asia-Pacific region, is a certified Executive Coach, and has worked across diverse industries, including IT, ITES, Manufacturing, Public Sector, and Professional Services. She also brings a background of Leadership Development, Restructuring & Change, Mergers & Acquisitions, and International Workforce Relations. She has done extensive research on best employers and great people practices.

An Economics (Honors) graduate from St. Stephen’s College, Delhi, Purva received her MBA degree with a Gold Medal from XLRI Jamshedpur.
