Vinod Bidwaik, a distinguished HR and management thought leader, brings over 25 years of HR experience, including two decades of leadership roles across prominent Indian and multinational sectors such as manufacturing, media, automobile, life science, and material science. His mission revolves around empowering individuals through a triad of thinking sets: Mindset, Skillset, and Toolset.

Currently, as the Group Director-HR at AP Globale & Sakal Media Group, Vinod continues to shape HR strategies and practices. Previously, he held pivotal roles as CHRO & VP-HR at Alfa Laval, Director-HR at DSM India Pvt. Ltd., and Head-HR & IR at Mahindra & Mahindra’s Engine Plant, among others. His expertise includes initiating HR functions in Greenfield projects.

Vinod has been an integral member of management teams, CSR Committees, and various professional bodies, showcasing his dedication to the field. He boasts extensive international exposure, having worked in Shanghai, Singapore, and the Netherlands.

An accomplished author, Vinod has penned Marathi and English books on topics ranging from corporate interviews to employee engagement. His contributions have earned him recognition as one of the “Top Agile Leaders 2021” by Sapphire Connect. He’s also a recipient of prestigious awards like the Asia Pacific HRM Leadership Award 2014 and Vibrant Gaurav Puraskar 2016.
