Yolanda Valery is an independent digital consultant currently working with brands, but born and bred in journalism. Originally a political reporter from Venezuela, Yolanda made a career with the BBC World Service, where she did many different jobs including digital media, where she participated in pioneering projects, including creating the first “mobile first” products for BBC Mundo and helping launch 11 new language services as Head of Social Media for BBC Languages.
