The fee does not include:
Partner/Spouse ticket to the Gala Dinner and Happy Hour (can be added at the registration site. This ticket is exclusively available for partners/spouses of attendees and grants access to social events only. It does not include access to the conference sessions. It is not open to publishers or persons who might otherwise attend the Congress.)
Value-added tax (VAT) will be added if applicable.

Cancellation Policy: If the delegate cancels the registration up to 30 days prior to the event, the registration fee will be reimbursed in accordance with the terms specified in article 2.3, minus a 10% non-refundable handling fee. Up to 14 days before the event, 50% of the amount will be reimbursed. In the last 14 days prior to the event, no reimbursement will be possible except in cases of illness (with production of a medical certificate) or an Act of God (supported by verifiable do documentation).
