Smartphones and tablets have already brought fundamental change to the publishing industry and the next revolution is rapidly approaching. Wearables, such as smartwatches or Google Glass, may well trigger another disruption in the way we produce and consume news. Early exploration of new technologies is the key to success.

See the accompanying short video for a round-up and highlights of the one-day workshop, which was supported by CCI and Stibo Accelerator.

“We’re going to offer this workshop to other clients who are interested,” says Ralf Ressmann, WAN-IFRA’s Director of Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA). “Also, there will be another workshop during the Digital Media Europe Conference in London in April.”
