Louis Dreyfus

Louis Dreyfus is the President and Publisher of the French Groupe Le Monde. He is also President of Huffington Post France and leads the board of directors of weekly magazines Télérama and Courrier International. He is a board member of Agence France-Presse (AFP) and Vice-President of the supervisory board of news publisher Groupe Nouvel Observateur.

Dreyfus graduated from the HEC Business School and London School of Economics (LSE). He held executive positions at Hachette Filipacchi Médias (HFM) in the U.S. and France, and at the French daily newspaper Libération.

Luis Enriquez

Luis Enríquez Nistal (1971) holds a degree in economics and business from the Universidad Pontificia de Comillas (ICADE) and has been Chief Executive Officer of Vocento since July 2011.

Luis Enríquez joined Unedisa Editorial in 2000 as Managing Director of the regional editions, where he rescaled and centralised the management of the six business units. In 2007 he was appointed Director General of the company, which publishes Marca, El Mundo, Expansión and other titles. During this time, he was responsible for the integration of publications from Grupo Recoletos following the merger with Unidad Editorial. He managed two restructuring processes in 2009 and 2010 and was the driving force behind the launch of the Orbyt platform.

At Vocento he has focused on ensuring the editorial independence of the print and digital newspapers, which are the core of the business. He has restored profitability, increased circulation margins and accelerated digitalisation across all the publications. Vocento is the first publishing company in Spain to launch premium subscription services, with all its regional newspapers delivering ON+ paid services to digital subscribers.

Noelia Esquivel

Editor and journalist dedicated to learning, reporting, research and writing stories about the local government, climate change, gender and human rights. Over the past five years she has worked at La Voz de Guanacaste, a regional and bilingual media that investigates and reports on what is happening in the northern, coastal and border areas of Costa Rica. She led the first project on solutions journalism in a Latin American newsroom. She participated in the transnational investigation Migrantes de Otro Mundo, coordinated by the Centro Latinoamericano de Investigación Periodística (CLIP), and produced two of the episodes of the first podcast of La Voz de Guanacaste about the frontier mapped by COVID-19 and the fear in the communities between Costa Rica and Nicaragua. With the La Voz de Guanacaste team, she won the Ángela Acuña Braun National Award for Gender Equality and Equity and an honorable mention in the Pío Víquez Award, the highest journalism award in Costa Rica.

She has been certified in public narrative and leadership by Harvard University and holds a Master’s degree in Economic and Social Development Studies from the Sorbonne University of Paris. Claudia has received numerous awards for her work, including the King of Spain Awards, Sigma Awards, Inter-American Press Society, WAN-IFRA Latam, Trace Prize, and Simón Bolívar Award. In 2019, the United States Department of State honored her with the Alumni Impact Award.
