Jacob Mathew is the Managing Editor of Malayala Manorama Group of Publications in Kerala, India. He was the former President of WAN-IFRA, and currently the Board Member of WAN-IFRA. He has also served as the President of Indian Newspaper Society and as the Chairman of Advertising Standards Council of India.

Varghese Chandy is the Vice President, Marketing, Ad sales at Malayala Manorama. With over 2 million copies and over 18 million readers, Malayala Manorama is the largest circulated/read regional language Daily in India. Credited with the founding of Junction K, the integrated Media solutions Platform of the group.  As a Pepper creative awards Trustee at CBMI India an International disability inclusive development Organization, his played a key role in the development of organisation.

Bhasi is in charge of Corporate Responsibility of production and maintenance functions of all Press and Post Press equipments and Acitivties. He took lead role in setting up plants in TEN production centres in Kerala. Instrumental in procurement of state-of-the-art press & post press equipment for Mathrubhumi. He is also board member representing World Printers Forum India.

Snehasis Roy is an MBA from Narsee Monjee Institute of Management and B.S with Honours (Printing Management & Sciences) from Rochester Institute of Technology, USA. Snehasis has over 28 years of Leadership experience spread over organisations like Times Warner inc., Dainik Bhaskar, ABP Pvt Ltd & Times of India Group (BCCL).He is currently leading the Times group production as Technical Director.

Shanth Kumar has been a printing technologist, editor and director with The Printers Mysore since 1983. He has driven the editorial coverage at Prajavani and helped it retain a leadership position in Karnataka over the last decade.

Mylene Sylvestre is the Publishing Director at Guardian News & Media Ltd, responsible for the group’s newspapers and magazines performance, managing the operations and sales of all the Guardian print products globally and leading on the group print strategy.

Amit Khurana heads newspaper sales for TechNova Imaging System Pvt. Ltd. He has been associated with TechNova for 11 years. Khurana is a Printing Technologist who holds an MBA and boasts of rich experience and a deep understanding of the newspaper industry. Khurana started his career on the shop floor handling press operations and worked in the Printing Ink Industry before joining the TechNova family.

Pradeep is a Strategic leader with work experience of more than 25 years in field of Media Sales (Print and Digital). Pradeep is currently working as Head of Integrated Sales at Amar Ujala Limited and in the past, he has worked with organizations like Dainik Bhaskar as Business Head for Digital Media.

Matthias Fischer studied computer science and has been working for various international manufacturers of solutions for the publishing industry since 1998. He is a proven expert in integrated publishing solutions with extensive expertise in the areas of planning and production solutions, advertising production, ad booking solutions and editorial solutions. Matthias Fischer has been with ppi Media since 2014, as Sales Director and Co-Head of the Content Solutions business unit he is responsible for the market-oriented activities.

Professional with a career of 36 years experience in Print & Production and Information Technology of leading Corporates in India.Worked as Tech Lead in Production with Times of India and Sunday Mail, he continues to innovate and introduce the latest technologies successfully in a traditionally run print-media to a cloud journey with a vision to make DB an IT Led organization which is also the largest read newspaper group of the country – Dainik Bhaskar.

Emmy Dsilva is a consultant at global newsprint industry , which forecast and predicts prices, demand and supply of newsprint.Emmy D’Silva has vast experience in engineering, Sales, and Purchasing with multinational & Indian companies for over 40 years. For about 18 years he worked with EVEREADY in sales & Purchase in a Managerial position.

Nandini Choudhury is a highly accomplished professional with an impressive academic background, holding a B.Tech First Class First in Polymer Science & Technology from Science College, Calcutta University.With 22 years of experience, she is a certified Six Sigma Green Belt, showcasing her dedication to delivering excellence and driving continuous improvement.

Oommen Thomas is the National Head Ad Sales with the ABP Group. He is based out of Mumbai and brings with him 35 years of rich experience working across various verticals of Newspaper , Magazine, Digital, Radio & Events space . Starting his career with the Times of India Group in 1988 at New Delhi, he went on to work with various media houses like The Malayala Manorama, Deccan Herald, The Sandesh, Pioneer & Sunday observer at New Delhi

Ramanarayanan is an engineering professional with over 22 years of experience in Engineering, Maintenance, Operations, and Project management.He is head of the engineering, and maintenance functions at Dinamalar.

Neeraj Aggarwal works with HT Media Group that publishes renowned dailies such as Hindustan Times, Mint, and Hindustan. He is associated with the organization since 2017, as All India Manufacturing Head.

Ganesh Kumar Vijayakumar is a sustainability manager and a business leader with 18+ years of experience in sales, marketing,  and sustainability. His passion about creating a sustainability, ESG, TCFD, GRI, carbon footprint, and sustainable procurement lead him to pursue his doctorate in sustainability , he also and holds several certifications in ISO standards, cybersecurity, and sustainable finance.

An accomplished Business Analyst with a Post Graduate Program in Data Science from the Great Lakes Institute. His academic journey also comprises a PGDBM in Operations Management from Welingkar Institute of Management, complemented by a strong foundation in Printing Technology.

Sudeep Kumar, who was born in 1971, is the General Manager- Media Solutions (Print) at Mathrubhumi Printing & Publishing Company Limited. Mathrubhumi, a media conglomerate that also operates the Mathrubhumi News TV Channel, Kappa TV, Club FM Radio, Mathrubhumi Online, and a Books Division, publishes Mathrubhumi Daily and 11 other publications.

Devika M S stands out as a dynamic and accomplished leader, presently holding the position of Whole-time Director of Operations at Mathrubhumi, a renowned Indian media house. Her exceptional ability to navigate the intricacies of the ever-changing media landscape has led to the successful integration of contemporary digital strategies while honoring the rich heritage of this century-old institution, deeply rooted in Kerala’s culture.
